Tenor, Baritone and Bass Workshop May 23-26 2024

Three-day workshop for tenor and bass voices, open to both alumni and singers from the local choral community. The workshop will conclude with an informal social event Saturday Evening. Gerald Wirth, artistic director of the Vienna Boys Choir and former Calgary Boys’ Choir artistic director (1991-1998), will be in attendance as workshop director. Workshop will be Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday morning and afternoon.
May 26: Celebratory concert at the Eckhardt-Gramatté Hall (Rozsa Centre, University of Calgary) including performances by the workshop choir, current members of the Calgary Boys’ Choir, and guest artists. There will be rehearsal there in the morning and the concert is at 3 PM
May 26: Reception with past artistic directors, esteemed guests, special memories, and memorabilia to follow the concert.
